Widely regarded as one of the area’s most iconic ranches, Knapp Ranch is now being introduced to the market for the very first time after decades of private stewardship by Bud Knapp and the Knapp Family. The ranch reflects thoughtful stewardship, exceptional design quality, architectural integrity, and a quintessential Colorado landscape.

The main home and cabins anchor the ranch, thoughtfully sited to create both cohesion and privacy across the improvements. Each structure reflects exceptional craftsmanship—refined finishes, intentional detailing, and high-quality materials—resulting in a timeless quality rarely replicated to this degree in the U.S. Bud Knapp founded Architectural Digest, and the architecture, design, construction, and landscaping celebrate the best in global design and finish.

For those familiar with Knapp Ranch, the property is synonymous with West Lake Creek, located in one of the most desirable pockets in Vail, only 15 minutes from Edwards. Set just below New York Mountain, it offers direct adjacency to thousands of acres within the White River National Forest and the Holy Cross Wilderness, along with nearly three-quarters of a mile of premier West Lake Creek frontage.
